Scion Medical Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a Medical Assistant for our client, an impactful medical clinic located in Phoenix, AZ!  This role supports a passionate and expert team whose mission is to pioneer the way we connect human answers to business questions. This is a wonderful opportunity for a Medical Assistant to be part of an impactful research study. This is a contract, full-time, Monday to Friday schedule opportunity! 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
The Medical Assistant will be responsible for maintaining procedure while conducting pregnancy and drug screening services to participants of a research study. 

• Greet participants and administer questionnaires, consents, and other documents. 
• Collect pregnancy and drug screenings. 
• Record test results on the provided equipment. 
• Clean and disinfect space as directed. 
• Complete other administrative tasks assigned. 

SCHEDULE: 

• 2 week, full-time, contract.
• Monday - Friday schedule from 11AM - 9:30PM
• Contract begins May 22nd - June 7th

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Completion of Medical Assistant program/training or equivalent work experience. 
• Ability to work well in a team setting, as well as independently. 
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy of reports and data. 
• Ability to multi-task. 
• Computer literate. 

COMPENSATION & CAREER BENEFITS:
