Scion Medical Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a Physical Therapist for our client, a leading healthcare system in St. Cloud, Minnesota! This role supports an amazing healthcare organization whose mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals and families in the community by striving to provide exceptional health care and services. This is a wonderful opportunity for a Physical Therapist to join an impactful and compassionate team environment, delivering personalized treatment plans in inpatient, outpatient, and home care settings. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist Rehab Director to instruct, supervise, and coordinate defined activities of Physical Therapy Assistant.
  • Perform initial evaluation of clients and develop care plan as appropriate. Complete initial and recertification plans of care to be sent to physician.
  • Complete daily documentation, progress notes and discharge summary within facility guidelines
  • Complete daily billing.
  • Serve as Physical Therapy Consultant to any other department seeking guidance and information.
  • Maintain correct and current information on all Physical Therapy patient care plans.
  • Complete appropriate requested insurance forms (i.e. prior authorization, certification, etc.).
  • Participate in Discharge Planning sessions for clients/residents.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current and active Physical Therapy License from Minnesota Department of Health.
  • Able to communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, residents, clients, patients, and their families.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.

COMPENSATION:
This wonderful opportunity offers the ability to work at a wonderful health facility and provides a salary of up to $115,000 (DOE) + $8,000 sign-on bonus, plus medical health, dental, vision benefits, sick time, 401K plan with employer match, on-site childcare with employee discount, longevity bonuses, and more!
