Scion Nonprofit Staffing, is searching for a Youth Nonprofit Mental Health and TBS Clinical Supervisor (Outpatient) on behalf of our client, provider of behavioral health, family support, and educational services in San Francisco, CA! RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attends monthly QA meetings and works in collaboration with QA Department to ensure compliance with agency and county standards and changes.

Reviews and approves PURQC related documents and facilitates PURQC meetings.

Provides individual, triadic and group clinical supervision to the Outpatient Mental Health (OMH) clinical staff and TBS Coaches.
-
Provides clinical consultation and leadership to clinical staff through on-call support, overseeing clinical care received by clients in the OMH and TBS programs.
-
Oversees clinical and care management of clients enrolled in the OMH and TBS programs, following SFDPH guidelines and requirements and ensuring a comprehensive care plan.

Maintains focus on strength-based, family-centered, and integrative treatment approach.

Coordinates with clinical support staff to assign referrals from SFUSD, ERMHS and other community resources.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Master’s degree in mental health field from an accredited college or university
-
Current California Clinical License (LCSW, LMFT, PhD) plus at least 2 years of experience post- licensure. Must have completed, or to complete as a condition of employment, required clinical supervision training CEUs of state licensing boards (BBS).

Two years of experience as a clinical supervisor

Minimum 4 years of experience working in a therapeutic setting with children, youth and families.

Experience providing individual therapy, family therapy, case management and crisis intervention in school-based and community settings.

Knowledge of mental health and social welfare systems in California
-
Valid California driver's license
-
Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.

Basic computer literacy
-
Awareness of and sensitivity to multicultural issues and the impact of trauma on individuals, family systems and communities
COMPENSATION:
This position offers a competitive annual salary of $49,297-$58,711 as well as comprehensive benefits including medical,16 days of PTO the first year and more thereafter, Nine paid holidays, Five health and wellness days off annually, 10% additional pay for community-relevant second language fluency, Medical/Dental/and Vision plans, 403 B Retirement Plan with agency match, Employee Assistance Program, Commuter Benefits Program, Medical and Childcare, Flexible Spending Accounts, Pet Insurance, Identity Theft Protection Plan, Paid employee referral program, Flexible work schedules and more!
