Scion Staffing, is searching for a Payroll Specialist on behalf of our client in the North Dallas/Richardson area! This is a contract position working 40 hours/week with a hybrid schedule.

PERKS

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct semi-monthly payroll processing
- Resolve payroll discrepancies
- Calculate and generate off-cycle paychecks
- Maintain/update payroll instructions documentation
- Maintain payroll reports and payroll database
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency with Paylocity required (at least 2 years of experience)
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing and state tax/withholding required.
- Familiarity with payroll deductions, 401(k) administration, and benefits coordination.
- Experience with and respect for working with confidential information
