Scion Staffing has been engaged in conducting an immediate search for an experienced Virtual Paralegal for our client, a prestigious law office based out of Georgia. 

This is an exciting remote, short-term opportunity for a skilled legal professional with expertise in e-filing in Georgia courts. The selected candidate will provide crucial paralegal support, ensuring that filings are completed accurately and deadlines are met in a fast-paced legal environment.

What They Offer:

• $25 - $31.25/hr (DOE)
• Fully remote role – work from anywhere in the U.S.
• Flexible part-time schedule (minimum 25 hours per week, Monday–Friday)
• Immediate start with the opportunity to support a dynamic legal team

What You Will Be Doing:

• E-filing legal documents using Teachcourt, Odyssey, and PACER in Georgia courts
• Managing legal deadlines, calendaring, and case tracking with precision
• Assisting in document preparation, case research, and client correspondence
• Supporting attorneys with administrative legal tasks in a fast-paced virtual setting

What You Will Need:

• Experience with e-filing in Georgia courts is a must
• Strong time management, organization, and calendaring skills
• Familiarity with Teachcourt, Odyssey, and PACER is preferred
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
