Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Bilingual Receptionist for our client, a wonderful education focused nonprofit organization in Kissimmee, FL! This is an onsite, temporary role for 1-2 months, and they are looking for someone to start immediately!

Perks:
- 1-2 months contract work for a great organization!
- Regular schedule of Monday-Friday, 8 am- 4:30 pm
- Compensation range is $20-24/hr depending on experience
What you will be doing:
- Serve as a friendly first contact to all visitors, via phone or in person
- Answer incoming calls and direct as necessary
- Assist in person visitors with their inquiries
- Routine office support- faxing, mail preparation, copies, faxing, scanning, data entry
- Administrative support as needed
What you will need:
- Must be bilingual with Spanish
- Available M-F, 8 am – 4:30 onsite
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
