5+ years of experience in HVAC operations.

Proven track record in sales leadership within the HVAC or related technical services industry.

In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, installation procedures, and maintenance requirements.

Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.

Experience with creating and managing departmental budgets.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office 365, and HVAC-specific software.

Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

EPA certification and other relevant HVAC certifications required.
