Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Administrative Assistant on behalf of a prestigious law firm in Manhattan, New York! RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide high-level administrative support including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence.
Support daily office functions to ensure seamless operations.
Manage office supplies and coordinate procurement.
Maintain and organize both digital and physical filing systems.
Assist with editing documents, basic data entry, and formatting materials.
Handle confidential information with care and discretion.
Provide support for special projects and ad hoc requests as needed.
Assist with Zoom meetings, SharePoint updates, and internal coordination.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1–2 years of professional experience in an administrative, office, or support role.
Proficient with Mac OS, Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Zoom.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
High emotional intelligence with a collaborative, team-first attitude.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage priorities effectively.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE:
