Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct A search for a Paralegal on behalf of our client, a civil litigation firm in Roseland, NJ. This is an on-site, 4-6 month contract opportunity!

Job Details:

• Onsite
• Monday- Friday 
• Pay rate: $30-35/hr

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level paralegal support to two partners
• Assist with case management, including tracking deadlines and maintaining organized case files
• Prepare and manage discovery, deposition materials, and trial preparation documents
• Draft and review asset/liability statements and assist with financial document analysis
• Handle confidential client information with discretion and professionalism
• Occasionally assist additional partners as needed

Qualifications:

• Paralegal certification required
• Strong background in litigation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial tracking and document organization
• Experience with trial and deposition preparation strongly preferred
• Knowledge of family law is a plus
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently

Compensation:
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $30-35, a monthly technology stipend, medical, dental, vision and voluntary life insurance, an employee assistance plan (EAP), and commuter and transit benefits for those who are working on average 30 or more hours per week. An employee retirement plan is also available.
