Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Studio Manager, Photo Operations for a creative, design-driven company in the consumer retail space. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Seattle, WA.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Studio Manager to lead high-quality photo and video production operations for an innovative and well-known consumer brand. In this role, you will oversee a creative team of photographers, editors, and coordinators while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure visual assets are aligned with brand vision and creative goals. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage day-to-day photo and video production operations in a creative studio

• Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and feedback to a team of creatives and support staff

• Oversee the production lifecycle from planning through post-production, ensuring brand alignment and quality

• Manage studio resources, vendor partnerships, project budgets, and production logistics

• Collaborate with marketing and creative leaders to translate vision into effective execution

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong experience in photo production and studio operations within high-volume environments

• Expertise in both product and marketing photography

• Proven ability to manage creative teams and production timelines effectively

• Knowledge of production tools, processes, and vendor sourcing, especially in the Seattle market

• A solutions-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and communication skills

This position offers a competitive annual salary of up to $140,000, depending on experience.
