RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle daily mailroom operations, including sorting, distributing, and processing outgoing mail
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and precision in all tasks
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in mail handling and documentation
- Perform typing and transcription duties as needed
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines efficiently
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity
- Respond quickly and effectively to urgent or last-minute mail requests
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of bankruptcy processes
- Familiar with Canon & Pitney Bowes
- Proficient in MS 365
