Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Member Services Specialist for a mission-driven healthcare organization. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity based near Dallas, Texas.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Member Services Specialist will be the first point of contact for member inquiries, offering outstanding customer support and service navigation. This position plays a key role in ensuring member satisfaction by responding to healthcare-related questions and guiding members through insurance plans, coverage, and provider access. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with room for growth and professional development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats regarding healthcare-related questions
  • Explain insurance benefits, claims, and coverage to help members understand their options
  • Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and inquiries
  • Provide clear guidance on finding in-network providers and understanding healthcare services
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service skills with a commitment to professional and timely communication
  • Ability to learn and explain insurance terminology and coverage
  • Proficient in navigating computer systems and CRM tools
  • Strong attention to detail and a collaborative team approach
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
