Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Marketing Manager for an established solutions provider. This role is hybrid with 1 onsite day per week in Covington, Kentucky.


POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Marketing Manager will drive full-stack marketing execution across digital, content, and inbound channels to support company growth heading into Q1 and beyond. This role will refine and optimize marketing systems, improve campaign performance, and strengthen brand visibility. The ideal professional is a proactive, solutions-driven marketer with advanced GoHighLevel expertise who can own strategy, execution, and agency management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and strengthen the digital agency partnership while executing full-funnel marketing initiatives.

  • Implement structured actions tied to growth strategy, including inbound improvements, product extensions, and brand-building.

  • Build and refine marketing systems, processes, and tools that elevate sales enablement and pipeline activity.

  • Develop brand-building and awareness opportunities across non-paid channels, influencers, and media.

  • Measure and track marketing performance using analytics tools; maintain up-to-date insight on digital trends.

  • Support go-to-market initiatives, create content ideas, and provide product demos or assist with inbound lead close-out as needed.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Advanced GoHighLevel experience (non-negotiable).

  • Background in full-stack marketing with the ability to operationalize strategy end-to-end.

  • Experience partnering with or managing external marketing agencies.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, email campaigns, analytics, and content creation.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
