Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Director of Credits for a prominent entertainment labor organization dedicated to supporting writers and upholding industry-wide standards.
The Director of Credits oversees the enforcement of credit provisions outlined in the organization’s collective bargaining agreements. This leader will spearhead the operations of the Credits Department and ensure consistent, equitable administration of credits-related processes. The role requires strong oversight, collaboration, and stewardship of all credits activity across the organization.
Competitive salary range of $141,000–$175,000, commensurate with experience

Coordinate all credits-related activities and workflows across the organization
Ensure consistent interpretation and application of credit rules
Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve credits-related inquiries
Uphold compliance, transparency, and accuracy in all credit determinations
Background in contract interpretation, compliance, or highly regulated processes
Experience supporting or managing cross-functional teams
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
Ability to navigate complex stakeholder communication and conflict resolution
Demonstrated commitment to equitable and fair administrative practices
This position offers a competitive annual salary of $141,000 – $175,000, commensurate with experience, plus a full benefits package.
