Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Maintenance Supervisor for a well-established property management organization. This is an on-site role overseeing a residential property portfolio and is based locally (on-site presence required).

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all building systems, grounds, and maintenance operations to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained residential environment. This role leads preventive maintenance efforts, supervises maintenance and custodial staff, and coordinates repairs, inspections, and vendor services. The ideal candidate brings hands-on maintenance expertise, strong organizational skills, and a service-oriented mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee and maintain all building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, elevators, and grounds
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance, housekeeping schedules, and daily work priorities
• Supervise maintenance and custodial staff and oversee completion of maintenance requests
• Inspect, repair, and prepare vacant units for occupancy within established timelines
• Manage maintenance shop operations, inventory, tools, supplies, and equipment within budget
• Coordinate with outside contractors, obtain bids, and maintain accurate maintenance records

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong hands-on experience maintaining residential or commercial building systems
• Proven ability to supervise staff and manage maintenance operations
• Highly organized with strong documentation and recordkeeping skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with residents, vendors, and team members
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This role offers a competitive salary of $85,000 – $95,000 annually based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that may include health insurance, paid time off, and additional employee benefits. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
