The Director of Family Safety & Financial Assistance Programs provides strategic leadership and oversees community-based services supporting individuals and families experiencing domestic violence and financial instability. This role balances program management, staff leadership, and community engagement to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed, and culturally competent services. The Director serves as a bridge between internal teams, community partners, and external stakeholders to advance the organization’s mission of promoting well-being and stability.

Lead program development, operations, and service delivery for family safety and financial assistance programs.
Supervise and mentor program staff, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and accountable team culture.
Manage program budgets, oversee resource allocation, and ensure compliance with grants and contracts.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with community organizations, funders, and relevant coalitions.
Analyze program data to inform decision-making, track outcomes, and support continuous improvement.
Serve as an organizational subject matter expert on domestic violence interventions and financial assistance services.
Demonstrated expertise in domestic violence services, trauma-informed care, and financial assistance programs.
Strong leadership skills, including staff supervision, mentorship, and team development.
Experience working with diverse communities and fostering culturally competent programs.
Ability to manage budgets, grants, and operational priorities effectively.
Excellent communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
