Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Regional Property Manager for a rapidly growing residential housing organization managing a portfolio of multifamily and affordable housing communities throughout Colorado’s mountain region. This is a hybrid leadership opportunity requiring regular travel between properties and communities. Candidates must currently reside in Summit County or be willing to relocate to the area, as the role requires four days onsite within the portfolio and one remote workday per week.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Regional Property Manager will oversee operations across a portfolio of residential housing communities while supporting onsite teams, resident experience initiatives, and property performance goals. This role requires a hands-on and highly adaptable leader who can navigate fast-paced environments, strengthen team culture, and drive operational consistency across multiple locations. The ideal candidate thrives in the field and brings a strong background in affordable housing and multi-site property management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and performance across multiple residential and affordable housing communities within an assigned region
  • Lead, coach, and support onsite property management staff while fostering accountability, communication, and team development
  • Monitor property operations including occupancy, resident relations, vendor management, compliance, maintenance coordination, and operational efficiency
  • Manage budgets, reporting, forecasting, and financial performance while identifying opportunities for operational improvement and cost savings
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure strong property presentation, resident satisfaction, safety standards, and consistency across communities
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support portfolio growth, operational initiatives, and overall community success

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience overseeing multiple residential housing communities within a regional or multi-site property management environment
  • Affordable housing or LIHTC experience strongly preferred
  • Must reside in Summit County or be willing to relocate to the area prior to starting employment
  • Strong leadership, operational, and organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary of $120,000–$125,000 annually plus bonus incentive eligibility.
