Overview
The Recruiter will create impact for the firm by making placements for various contingent temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire placements. We are seeking an energetic and driven individual with experience in full life cycle candidate recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, screening, and client engagement.

This role is 100% remote working out of California (out of state residents will not be considered).

  • We offer an incredible base salary of $64,480, plus commission. The average total compensation for a Scion Staffing Recruiter with one to two years of experience is $75,000-$90,000!

A Day in the Life of This Role
  • The top activities of this role include conducting client intakes on new searches, posting the role, sourcing, screening, and interviewing and presenting top candidates to our clients. Key to success is ongoing client communication, engagement and relationship building.
  • Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Connect with a diverse cross-section of candidates through sourcing, phone screens and in-person interviews.
  • Assess candidate qualifications by thoroughly vetting candidate backgrounds, experience, hard and soft skills, etc.
  • Create thorough written candidate presentations for client review.
  • Arrange candidate-client interviews by coordinating schedules; provide coaching and interview preparation for candidates.
  • Resolve any client and/or candidate issues quickly and efficiently while maintaining confidentiality, sensitivity, and the highest level of customer service satisfaction.
  • Serve as a direct point of contact and provide exceptional service to our staffing clients.
  • Utilize Bullhorn ATS extensively to ensure active candidate tracking, maintain candidate and client notes, and schedule appointments.

What You'll Bring
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in agency staffing (past or present)!
  • Passion for making impact by pairing strong talent to client talent needs and doing so with a people-first mentality!

  • Prior exposure to human resources responsibilities including employment law, compensation structures and recruiting best practices.
  • Drive and motivation to engage with clients, understand their talent needs and fill their roles!
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and interest; we actively source large volumes of candidates for every search we lead!
  • Exceptional customer service and professionalism.
  • Experience with MS Word, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other online tools and applications.
