Scion Staffing is seeking an Executive Assistant to add to our award-winning and growing remote team! We have an opening for someone who wants to pursue an amazing career as an Executive Assistant in the staffing and recruiting industry!

This position is for immediate hire and fully remote, and the person who is hired for the role must reside and work in Washington state. However, applicants who reside in Oregon will be considered. RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support for our Regional Director of Recruitment! This is an excellent role for someone who knows administrative work is their passion, but would also like to expand their skills, as this role includes heavy sourcing of and interaction with job seekers.
  • Help source and screen exceptional candidates for open job requisitions through leveraging of job boards and networking sites!
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our candidates, clients, and internal team.
  • Schedule interviews for candidates with the Regional Director of Recruitment and clients.
  • Draft position announcements and create job postings.
  • Write and create impactful candidate profiles for presentation to clients.
  • Format candidates resumes.
  • Conduct candidate reference checks and initiate candidate onboarding.
  • Update relevant candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn).
  • Help lead other projects, as needed.
  • Learn recruiting best practices as to screening, sourcing, and filling jobs.

WHAT YOU BRING
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of successful experience within an administrative office support role with a high degree of professionalism and great customer service and sales experience! Fast paced environments are needed!
  • Must have prior or current remote work experience and thrive in a fully remote position!
  • High level of articulate written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, ability to work with Office 365, and ability to quickly learn new technology systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and works with a sense of urgency.
  • Enough maturity to maintain confidential and sensitive employee information.
  • Must be self-motivated, positive, work independently and with a team.
  • Must thrive in a very self-sufficient role, with ability to pivot, be flexible, and work closely with a director.
  • A desire to have fun at work and be motivated by results!
  • A high level of motivation, a learning mindset, and a desire to achieve incredible results. The sky’s the limit!

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
 
  • The salary for this position is $54,000 to $64,000 DOE, plus company bonus and many other perks and benefits.
