Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Office Administrator for an amazing architectural business that takes pride in high attention to detail and continuous learning.  This is an exciting Full-Time, Contract-To-Hire opportunity located onsite in San Francisco, CA!

As the Office Administrator, you will utilize your administrative skills to support a creative and collaborative team and the exciting growth of the business

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule and coordinate office meetings
  • Compose and edit general correspondence, memos, presentations, and other documents
  • Assist with employee onboarding
  • Assist with staff-related events, activities, and programs
  • Assist with COVID-19-related responsibilities
  • Perform credit card receipt and expense report collection
  • Oversee time and attendance compliance for the firm, including the timely submission and approval of timesheets
  • Support finance department software implementation
  • Ensure cleanliness and order throughout the office
  • Work with the administrative team to evaluate office processes and procedures and suggest improvements
  • Assist with weekly timesheet administration
  • Other projects and assignments as identified

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years of Administrative Support experience
  • Proficiency with Google Suite
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • This position with our client requires employees to report to work at a physical location. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
