Competitive hourly pay rate in the $36 to $39+ range!
Full-time (40 hours a week) Monday through Friday schedule!

RESPONSIBILITIES
Experience in defined benefit pension and/or defined contribution & 401(k) administration is desired
Responsible for delivering a wide range of services including, but not limited to: overall customer service, retirement application processing, pension verification and calculations
Performs related duties requiring the use of independent judgment, analysis and detailed knowledge of company and/or department procedures related to work performed
Carry out additional tasks as needed for continual improvement of the level of customer service delivered to our clients
Have a working knowledge of employee benefits
QUALIFICATIONS
Overall customer service orientation
Knowledge and application of benefit plan rules and providing retirement plan services
Keyboard skills, intermediate level typing and accurate 10-key abilities
Intermediate level skills with MS office suite including in Word/Outlook/Excel
Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills
Good math skills including ability to calculate benefits
Ability to work independently and multi-task. Be a detail oriented, fast paced, flexible, team player
Maintaining complicated and detailed records and file organization paper/electronic
Contributes to a positive work environment by communicating in a professional and positive manner
Ability to ask clarifying questions to complete tasks in the most efficient manner possible
Ability to follow policies, procedures and guidelines
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
