Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Marketing Analytics Associate for an impactful nonprofit focused on supporting higher education for historically underrepresented students. This is a direct-hire, partially remote opportunity located in Denver, CO!
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for data integration (ETL/ELT) from multiple sources (CRM, e-CRM, Google analytics, social media platforms, and earned/in-kind/paid Media placements) to create a consumer journey and analyze responsiveness at all stages of lifecycle.
  • Visualize data to report across functions, and strategies to identify trends and opportunities
  • Create data stories to provide insight on success and provide data-driven recommendations on how to leverage opportunities
  • Manages/updates all marketing analytics and modeling tools, including development of reports to gauge tool(s) usage and efficacy
  • Uncover marketing problems and identify data we need to solve for them
  • Primary contact for CRM and e-CRM technical partners
  • Prioritize work based on business goals and financial needs
  • Works with Director of Marketing and Chief Marketing and Development Officer to determine resource and development priorities

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in data marketing and/or marketing analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience as a data and/or marketing analyst, preferably in non-profit environment. Regional/national experience a plus.
  • 1-3+ years’ experience using CRM and e-marketing software for resource development, marketing and financial tracking including reporting analysis, and implementation of segmentation strategies.
  • 1+ years’ experience analyzing donor/campaign trends.
  • Experience with general data management best practices.
  • Technical experience in consolidating data from multiple sources.
  • Familiarity with non-profit fundraising practices and campaign management including direct marketing principles, statistics, and data mining.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio) and databases (AWS, BigQuery) for marketing purposes to succinctly convey results/trends and insights.
  • Solid understanding of data management (1st party and 3rd party data), identity graphs and resolution, and privacy & compliance regulations (e.g., CCPA, GDRP, etc.) leveraged by advertisers and brands.
  • Strong competency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Open to working one day a week in the office and travel once per quarter.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This wonderful opportunity is partially remote with only one day a week required in office and a salary in the $80,000 - $85,000 range annually, plus an extensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, HRA, FSA, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance, Voluntary Life and AD&D, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity.
