Scion Nonprofit is leading the search for an Assistant Marketing Manager to be part of an impactful nonprofit organization in White Plains, NY! This is full time permanent hire position offering the opportunity to serve alongside mission-driven marketing team!
 
The Assistant Marketing Manager will play a critical role in the organization’s fundraising efforts and will be tasked with executing planned direct marketing programs. This individual will report to the Marketing Manager and lead a Marketing Associate.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with drafting annual promotional plan
  • Develop detailed plans for individual mailings and communications
  • Define target markets and obtain lists reflecting specified behavioral criteria
  • Lead creative development from initial brief through final approvals
  • Monitor program performance
  • Conduct budget reporting and management
 
Qualifications:
  • Marketing and/or direct response marketing experience
  • Experience identifying target markets
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and direct marketing email platforms
  • Database software experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and oral skills, spanish language proficiency is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
This wonderful opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $80,000-85,000, depending on experience, plus incredible benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, employee assistance program, life and disability plan, flexible spending accounts, and paid employee leave!
