Scion Staffing is seeking a motivated Account Executive (Lead Generator) for immediate hire. This position is remote and can be located in Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota, New York or Washington DC. We are seeking someone who is hungry to build their professional skills, is a great communicator, is strong with technology and is interested in building relationships!

We are seeking a lead generator (aka Account Executive) for our partnership development team. This role will make outbound calls to potential clients - any organization or company that hires professional employees! This individual will create lead lists and also call through pre-generated lead lists provided through our various resources. This position will often be the first representation of Scion Staffing, working to build client connections, inspire new accounts and drive business growth. We are seeking someone who is comfortable hearing "no" a lot more often than "yes", understanding that "no" is often just "not right now" - and someone who is then able to move forward quickly, pick up the phone and make another call. This is a 100% remote role reporting directly to the Managing Director of National Partnerships.

What You Will Do In This Role:
  • Work as part of an amazing partnerships team for a growing, award-winning staffing company!
  • Conduct research and create call/outreach lists to leaders at Fortune 1000 companies, incredible nonprofits, foundations, etc.
  • Make upwards of 75 outbound calls a day with the goal of introducing potential clients to Scion Staffing services and setting up a longer follow-up appointment for our Partnership Development Managers.
  • Set 10+ client meetings for the sales team weekly.
  • Learn about our services and the value that we bring to clients and educate potential clients on these offerings via a collaborative, friendly and consultative approach.
  • Help establish a strong brand presence on behalf of our company.
  • In addition to outbound calls, send follow up emails, LinkedIn messages and marketing mailers.
  • Track all interactions in Bullhorn (our Applicant Tracking System/CRM).
  • Learn to adjust our staffing agreements, create recruiting partnerships and send out new agreements via DocuSign.
  • Partner closely with the Managing Director of National Partnerships with the goal of learning and mastering the partnerships process long term – and moving into a Partnership Development Manager role!

  • Coachability and an openness to constructive and specific feedback from our seasoned leaders and colleagues.
  • An interest in mastering the art of sales calls, business development and making impactful outbound sales calls and communications.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service and a willingness to get creative applying a solutions first approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in the sales industry.
  • Experience with or ability to quickly learn Microsoft Outlook/365.
