Scion Staffing is searching for an AR/AP Specialist on behalf of our client, a technology forward company assisting healthcare professions to diagnose and treat patients in San Clemente, California! This is a wonderful contract to hire position offering a full-time, hybrid, opportunity to join a mission driven team!
 
PERKS:
  • Full-time, flexible schedule; 8:30am-5:30pm or 9:00am-6:00pm.
  • Competitive hourly pay of $31-35/hr.
  • Upon conversion, medical, dental and vision after 60 days of employment, PTO, 401K with first 5% matched after 90 days of employment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Processing A/P and A/R Invoicing, including streamlining the process.
  • Documenting and authorizing purchase orders.
  • Responding to vendor inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Processing employee expense reports for payment through Certify and credit card transactions
  • Filing sales tax, and sales order processing.
  • Customer correspondence including monitoring collections and depositing customer payments.
  • Deferred Revenue.
  • Additional special projects.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3+ years of accounting experience, including A/P and A/R experience.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with good organization skills.
  • Mac based environment- must be familiar with technical platforms.
  • QuickBooks experience strongly preferred.
     
COMPENSATION:
This position offers a competitive hourly pay range of $31.50 - $35.15/hr. as well as optional health, dental, vision and other benefits after 30 days of employment!
