Scion Executive Staffing(www.scionexecutivesearch.com) has been retained to conduct a search for an immediate hire Interim VP of Operations for our partner, a growing private equity and real estate lender. The ideal candidate offers an expertise in process improvement, leadership, sales, underwriting and scaling a business. This is a very exciting role to serve as a business partner with a collaborative, passionate and driven team! This position is onsite in McKinney, TX.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Interim VP of Operations will bring a customer service orientation to support and grow company operations and raise capital. This is a full time, interim position reporting to the CEO with the potential to go permanent. The incoming Interim VP of Operations will help drive organizational growth, strategic planning, culture and will serve with a player coach mentality to staff.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
-Experience in commercial mortgage banking and private equity lending.
-The ability to grow a scaling business.
-Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
-Experience working with Google Suite and Microsoft Office suite; comfortable learning new software systems quickly.
-Acute attention to detail.
-Ability to adapt to change quickly.
-Comfortable working with tight deadlines.
-Ability to be proactive and anticipate needs.
COMPENSATION
This position offers competitive pay of $75-$82/hr. (based on experience), as well as optional health, dental, vision and other benefits after 30 days of employment! This position works on an amazing team and makes an incredible impact on customers all across the nation.
