Scion Staffing is searching for a Hybrid Accountant on behalf of our client, a technology forward and innovative company assisting healthcare professionals to diagnose and treat patients in San Clemente, California! This is a wonderful opportunity to join a mission driven team!
 
PERKS:
  • Full-time, hybrid, flexible schedule; 8:30am-5:30pm or 9:00am-6:00pm.
  • Competitive hourly pay of $31-35/hr.
  • This is a contract to hire position, and upon conversion, medical, dental and vision after 60 days of employment, PTO, 401K with first 5% matched after 90 days of employment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Processing A/P and A/R Invoicing, including identifying potential ways of streamlining processes
  • Documenting and authorizing purchase orders
  • Responding to vendor inquiries in a timely manner
  • Processing employee expense reports for payment through Certify and credit card transactions
  • Filing sales tax, and sales order processing
  • Customer correspondence including monitoring collections and depositing customer payments
  • Deferred Revenue
  • Additional special projects
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  •  Accounting experience, including A/P and A/R experience
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with good organizational skills
  • Mac based technological experience preferred
  • QuickBooks experience preferred
     
COMPENSATION:
In addition to joining a supportive team and contributing to an important mission, this position offers a competitive hourly pay range of $31.50 - $35.15/hr. as well as optional health, dental, vision and other benefits after 30 days of employment!
