Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a high-priority search for a full-time Senior Litigation Paralegal for our client, a firm that specializes in resolving complex commercial disputes. This full-time, direct-hire opportunity is located onsite in NYC!

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage collection, review and production of client data.
  • Act as communication liaison with attorneys, consultants and opposing counsel.
  • Ensure case files are complete and deadlines are maintained at all times.
  • Manage communication with offshore group who handles file maintenance and document archiving.
  • Assist attorneys with the gathering of facts, constructing case timelines, preparing witness interview and deposition materials, and privilege logs.
  • Prepare case materials to experts.
  • Assist with filings, preparation for oral arguments and hearings, and motion practice
  • Prepare and assist at trial; manage trial exhibits and trial software.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • You come with 4+ years as a litigation Paralegal.
  • You come with prior trial preparation experience and attendance.
  • You come with exceptional written communication.
  • You thrive in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
