Scion Staffing is seeking a new Partnerships Associate to join our dynamic Partnerships team. This position is 100% remote and will work with our Managing Director of Partnerships and other partnerships team members as needed. OVERVIEW

The Partnerships Associate supports the growth and success of mainly the firm’s retained executive search division with occasional support of contingent direct-hire and temporary, temporary-to-hire workforce partnerships activities. This position offers exceptional room for growth and can lead to opportunities within the Partnership team.

The Partnerships Associate will assist with working with clients and prospective clients in scheduling appointments for the appropriate Partner Development Manager, create proposals, assist in passing inbound leads, dabble in cold calling to set up appointments for the partnerships team during “down time”, learn the Partnerships process and grow in their role supporting Scion Staffing clientele. This position requires exceptional hands-on account relationship development skills, extreme attention to detail & professionalism, business savvy, and a passion for learning and innovation.

This position is for immediate hire, is fully remote, and can reside and work in one of our Core States to include, AZ, CO, MN, NY, DC, WI, or OH.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide impactful support helping to add efficiency, optimize resources, and client satisfaction
  • Schedule meetings for our leadership and help provide exceptional customer service to all contacts and candidates, and help our executive team be as effective as possible
  • Assist the Scion Executive Search Partner Development team with follow-ups
  • Handle client electronic gifts after a placement is made
  • Pass inbound leads to Partner Development Team when Managing Director is out of office
  • Partner closely with an incredible staffing executive while learning and mastering partnerships, account management and business development practices
  • Help to create contracts from company templates and send out contracts to clients working with the Partnerships team
  • Assist in editing and creating proposals
  • Help organize client information and make essential updates in our internal database
  • Work on and lead projects that assist our company as we grow and scale
  • Conduct research on prospective clients and regions as needed
  • Help build potential client relationships via creative networking and the sharing of impactful client information
  • Update client marketing documents using Canva
  • Work on projects as needed to support the Managing Director of Partnerships and offer creative ideas and lead direct work to help the team
  • Bring positivity, organization, and an impeccable eye for detail to ensure the work and information being sent on behalf of the Partnership teams is top notch
  • Track status of client engagements, leads, and sales
  • Take detailed accurate notes in client meetings
  • Prepare, proofread, and format documents using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Listen to voicemails, answer general inquiries, and help resolve application submissions issues from candidates over the phone, email, and Sense messaging
  • Establish positive and strong rapport with clients and team members and build relationships that empower and further business
  • Learn, grow, and lead real work that is impactful and fulfilling

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Extreme organization, responsive, professional demeanor, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-directed and agile, with the ability to innovate and pivot as needed
  • Comfortable in a technology-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Highly proficient in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Team player with superb collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely
  • Interest in being a part of presenting presentations and winning accounts
  • An interest in career growth, and learning and mastering the partnerships process

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • A competitive base salary between $50,000 – $55,000, DOE
