Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Executive Assistant for our client, a leading healthcare academic organization. This is an exciting Full-Time, Hybrid Direct-Hire opportunity located in San Francisco, CA! Must be onsite 2-3 days a week.

As the Executive Assistant, you will provide executive-level support primarily to several C-level faculty. Your strong administrative skills and the ability to take initiative will help you succeed in supporting this company!




RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Heavy special projects management
  • Coordinate arrangements for on- and off-site meetings and conferences, make room and catering reservations, and communicating with  parties as necessary.
  • Manage the event budget and negotiate with    vendors
  • Responsible for all aspects of planning events sponsored by the Department.
  • Participate in the planning of meetings, conferences, seminars, events, and annual functions.
  • Schedule meetings for the department chairs
  • Manage, track, and reconcile expense budgets for the department
  • Arrange travel including transportation, lodging, and association meetings and events.
  • Prioritize, screen, direct place phone calls, and   draft emails

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 4-5 years of Executive Assistant or high-level administrative experience- in a medical/healthcare or academic setting preferred
  • 3-4 years of solid project and event management experience
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including a strong proficiency with Calendaring 
  • MyExpense software preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • This position with our client requires employees to report to work at a physical location. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The salary range for this role is $85,000-$95,000 annually, and it is a wonderful opportunity to further develop your career.
