RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with preparation of investor documentations and other related files
- Review documents and ensure all information is accurate and complete
- Perform research and outreach for any missing information
- Ensure that all documents are processed in a timely manner, and filed accurately
- Serving as the point of contact for communication between internal teams and investors
- Working closely with internal teams and investors through problem-solving and providing clear and effective communication on updates
- Create and maintain electronic and paper files in a way to make them easily accessible for the firm
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience as a paralegal
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects with tight deadlines
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and with a small team
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Maintain confidentiality for all clients
- BA/BS degree
- Previous experience with DocuSign is preferred
