Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Institutional Giving Manager for an amazing international organization that supports the fight against climate change. This is a hybrid, full-time, direct hire role. You are required to be onsite in the office 5 days a month and you must reside within New York or New Jersey states.

Reporting to the Director of Institutional Development, you will manage and grow a portfolio of 5 to 6 figure institutional donors.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Support grant-writing activities by creating strategies and providing writing expertise for the development of proposals and any written materials.
•    Play an active role in institutional giving strategies.
•    Design and implement creative and comprehensive outreach, solicitation, and management strategies for funders within the portfolio, leading partnership  negotiations, proposal submissions, and pitches.
•    Monitor and analyze partnership trends.
•    Maintain clear records for the portfolio that contribute to comprehensive tracking/reporting.


QUALIFICATIONS:
•  4-6 years of fundraising experience within any of these nonprofit fields: environment, sustainability, or international affairs REQUIRED
•  4-6 years of exceptional grant writing skills
•  4-6 years of experience with 5-6 figure institutional donors
•  Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred



COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This exciting career opportunity allows you to work with a brilliant and thriving team! The salary range for this role is $85,000-$90,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, dental, vision, 403b employer with match and contribution, AD&D, commuter benefits, paid holiday, vacation, and sick days.
