Wed. Morning AM: Fly to Vegas – use lyft code and/or carpool if possible.

 Arrive between 11am and 1:30pm

Fly into the Vegas airport and then wait for the rest of the group.  We will all be taking a bus from the airport to the meeting point which is: House 2 (6465 Coley Ave. Las Vegas, NV) Play some slots, grab a snack, or check your email while you wait.

1:30pm Take The Scion Bus From The Airport To House 4

This is your hangout for a couple of hours while the houses are being prepared! You can relax in the pool, have some lunch, chat, play a game or have a drink.

2:00pm to 4:00pm:

Welcome, lunch, drinks, pool lounging at House 4 (6425 Darby Ave. Las Vegas, NV 89146).  Lunch provided by Chipotle. Put your feet in or jump in the pool, grab a drink or snack, relax and visit!

4:00pm to 5:45pm:

Get ready to go out. Leave the meeting point House #2 to go to your assigned house via the Scion Bus. You will have some time to settle into your assigned and get ready prior to being picked up to go out for the night.

5:45pm to 6:00pm:

Pickup at houses and travel to the show. Be ready to go by 5:45 and to get on the bus.

6:00pm to 6:20pm: Transit via charter bus to the RIO

7:00pm: WOW! – The Vegas Spectacular (live show) at the RIO

Watch in awe as more than 30 artists fly, flip, fold, dance, and defy the imagination in a 180-degree theatrical setting. With 3D multimedia projections, water walls, and holograms, you’ve never seen a show quite like this.

9:00pm:

Pick up at the RIO. Be ready at the drop-off spot to board the Scion bus.

9:30pm to 1:30am:

We All Scream open till 1:00am – Private Scion Party for Food, Drinks, Desserts, Live DJ.

Indoor AC, and the venue is closed to the public except for Scion.

Thursday Aug. 18th

8:00am to 10:00am:

Have breakfast/coffee + check email + recharge at your house

10:00am to 11:00am: 

 Optional Private Yoga Class provided by Kelsey Sellmann at House 4 in the main room (6425 Darby Ave.) or Basketball/volleyball/swimming at house 5: 2858 Red Rock Street.

Lunch 11:45am:

Group lunch event at house 4 (6425 Darby Ave.)  provided by Panera Bread

2:00pm to 4:30pm:

Paint and Sip 2:00pm arrival time, painting from 2:30 to 4:30 (Pinot’s Palace – 740 S. Rampart Boulevard, Ste 5, Las Vegas)

5:30pm to 7:45pm

Dinner at La Neta (1770 Festival Plaza Dr. Suite 200, Las Vegas)

8:15pm to 12:15am: Casino Night

House 4 in the main room (6425 Darby Ave.)

Blackjack, Craps, Roulette and Prizes! Get ready to win it big! No cost! 

Friday Aug. 19th

8:00am to 9:30AM

Breakfast + Check Email + Recharge at your house

9:30am to 12:00pm Noon

Hang out at at House 4. Swim, relax, snacks, chat.

1:00pm to 4:15pm

Topgolf, Lunch, Games

4:00pm to 12:00am

Option to go to the strip or enjoy time at the houses! Please make sure you let your house contact know where you are going to be for safety!

11:45pm

Pizza, salads and more will be delivered to house 1. Option for karaoke party!

Shuttle will be available at 10:15pm. Shuttle will be starting at house 4.
