Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Gem Representative for our client, a luxury gemstone retailer, located in New York City! This is a fantastic opportunity for an adventurous customer-service oriented professional eager to grow within the gemstone and jewelry business!

The Gem Representative will work remotely from home, and involves travel by car to Connecticut, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Buffalo, and the New York area! This position is responsible for communicating with customers, offering purchasing guidance, and hand-delivering purchased gemstones to customers, providing a high level of service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist customers remotely with identifying and purchasing products that suit their needs and preferences
- Answer inquiries and communicate with customers via WhatsApp
- Safekeep merchandise during transport
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Customer-service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with WhatsApp preferred
- Ability and desire to travel, must have reliable transportation
- Punctuality and reliability
- Bilingual in Spanish, Italian, and/or French is a plus!
