Susie earned her Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Willamette University. A collegiate softball coach in her free time, native Spanish speaker, music lover, and an aspiring golfer, Susie is most fulfilled by her ability to connect with others and empower those around her.

Joshua is a motivated executive finance and operational professional who has spent many years working in management and program services in the nonprofit business sector prior to joining Scion. After earning his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Portland State University, Joshua began his career focused on accounting supervisory roles. He loves mission-driven work, exploring the outdoors, great wine and spending time with his family and friends in Ohio.

Elissa is a managing director who is most fulfilled when helping people to grow professionally. Leveraging her own career experience to deliver results, Elissa’s vision and ability to nurture relationships leads to long-term solutions and success. Elissa enjoys yoga and hiking and lives with her family in Texas.
