After earning his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Portland State University, Joshua began his career focused on accounting supervisory roles. With a background in higher education recruitment, she is skilled at creating tailored recruitment strategies to identify strong match candidates that advance organizational impact. Susie earned her Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Willamette University. A collegiate softball coach in her free time, native Spanish speaker, music lover, and an aspiring golfer, Susie is most fulfilled by her ability to connect with others and empower those around her.
