Scion Staffing is seeking a Senior Medical Recruiter to add to our award-winning and growing remote team!

We are a full-service national recruitment firm that’s been established since 2006 and continues to expand across states and markets! The Senior Healthcare Recruiter will recruit for and successfully place candidates into a variety of temp, temp-to-hire and direct hire/permanent medical roles while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Positions include, but are not limited to: RNs, MAs, Therapists, Clinicians, Medical Billers, administrative support roles, and more in long-term care, out-patient and hospital settings!

This is a fully remote role; candidates for this position must reside in Washington, Oregon, California, Colorado, Arizona or Texas!

  • A competitive base salary between $61,000-$70,000, DOE, plus a competitive uncapped commission/bonus structure. The average total compensation for a Scion Staffing Recruiter in this role with one to two years of experience is $95,000+. Earnings increase from there as you gain more experience and perform; there is tons of room for growth!

What You'll Do In This Role
  • Lead searches and make placements for healthcare and medical roles across the U.S.!
  • Create job postings from intake calls and client job descriptions
  • Actively source and network with candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter and social media
  • Create interview templates based on your knowledge of the healthcare/medical landscape and effectively screen candidates, keeping our clients' needs as a top priority
  • Create candidate presentations to submit to the client
  • Coordinate client interviews
  • Complete placements and celebrate! 
  • Actively communicate and engage with our clients and establish yourself and Scion as a true talent partner to them
  • Utilize Bullhorn ATS extensively to ensure active candidate tracking, maintain candidate and client notes, and schedule appointments.

What You Bring:
  • 5+ years’ medical/healthcare staffing experience, having successfully made placements in roles such as RNs (hospitals, long-term care, outpatient clinic settings), clinicians, medical billing, administrative and others.
  • Ability to move quickly with urgency, pivot in catering to different clients/companies, source and submit candidates quickly and see challenges as opportunities!
  • Excellent healthcare sourcing and active recruitment skills.
  • Hands-on account/relationship management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and professionalism.
  • Experience with MS Word, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other online tools and applications.
