Scion Staffing is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant for our partner, a corporate and portfolio branding company providing award-winning positioning. This position is onsite, part-time, and located in New York City. This is a direct hire and a great part-time gig working 5-7 hours a day, 2-3 days per week, and 20-25 hours per week in our client’s collaborative and creative Manhattan office.

Position Overview: We seek a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to assist in maintaining accurate records, an efficient filing system, and running and maintaining an office. This role will play a key part in ensuring our partner’s administrative processes run smoothly. The culture of the office is very creative and collaborative, and they like to make the office a fun environment with happy hours. Events in-office throughout the year include a "puppy bowl" to support a local animal shelter.

Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
-Input and maintain accurate data in databases and systems.
-Organize and update customer and equipment records.
Filing:
-Manage filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
-Assist in organizing and maintaining reports and documentation.
Communication Support:
-Assist in responding to customer inquiries with basic information.
-Collaborate with the team to ensure timely service appointments.
Ad hoc and Project Support:
-General computer and software support

Qualifications:
-Previous experience in data entry or clerical roles.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Ability to understand the fast pace of an office and assimilate.

-Having experience in marketing or creative agencies is a bonus.

Compensation:

This direct hire is a great part-time gig working 5-7 hours a day, 2-3 days per week, and 20-25 hours per week. Tues/Wed/Thurs are the preferred days in-office each week, with flexiblity.
