The role of the Store Sales Director encompasses comprehensive supervision of sales operations within their designated store. Key responsibilities include attainment of sales objectives, supervision of the staff, formulation, and execution of sales tactics, and upholding superior levels of customer satisfaction. Integral to revenue generation and market competitiveness, the Store Sales Director assumes a pivotal function in sustaining business growth and market relevance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Devise and execute strategies to exceed sales targets. Provide regular sales performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of aestheticians and staff. Offer guidance, coaching, and set performance targets. Monitor progress closely.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to devise and implement sales strategies harmonious with the organization's overarching goals and aspirations.
  • Uphold a superior level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and promptly addressing customer concerns or grievances. Cultivate a motivated team dedicated to delivering unparalleled customer experiences.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols as outlined by the Medical Director.
  • Present treatment options and educate clients on Laser procedures.
  • Foster team cohesion through conflict resolution, support, and recognition of contributions.
  • Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures.
  • Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, inventory, and generating reports.
  • Engage actively in company-sponsored events to promote services within the community.
  • Maintain a pristine and welcoming environment conducive to client comfort.
  • Collaborate closely with Client Services, Sales, and Operations to identify strategic opportunities and enhance guest experiences.
  • Undertake additional duties as delegated by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a sales manager or in a comparable leadership role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leadership and team management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of driving results and consistently meeting or surpassing sales objectives.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Experience in the retail or service industry, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven ability to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The Store Sales Director position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $75,000, contingent upon experience, along with a monthly commission incentive. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package encompassing Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) options, Paid Time Off (PTO), as well as complimentary laser services.
