Scion Technology has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced IT Hardware Field Service Support for a global data center and networking optimization firm!

Full-time direct hire based out of Des Moines, Iowa!

• $65k-$80k DOE

• Providing onsite technical support.
• Ensuring timely, professional, and effective response to customer service needs to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Providing effective problem analysis and identification remotely before arrival at customer site; determines needed parts and documentation to minimize downtime.
• Maintaining effective communication with customer and our customer support center during repair process and any projected delay.
• Utilizing multiple tools for remote system connection to perform remote diagnosis, repair, or configuration changes.
• Managing accurate inventory count, daily and as required and performs bi-yearly physical count inventory.  

• 3+ years of experience as a IT Field Service Engineer or IT Support/Helpdesk work covering multiple sites.
• Demonstrated experience supporting hardware and software
• Understanding of different OEM (IBM, HP, Dell, etc) equipment with the ability to grasp new products/concepts.
• Proficiency CompTIA A+ and Server +
