Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a passionate and driven Director of Operations for our fantastic client, a leading senior home care provider in beautiful Redmond, Oregon! This impactful leadership role partners directly with the owners and executive team, shaping the future of a growing, purpose-driven organization renowned for its commitment to delivering exceptional care for its clients and caregivers. This full-time onsite position is for immediate hire!

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, the Director of Operations is critical in driving the company's growth and leads a team of 8-20 office leaders. Championing accountability, fiscal goals, and innovation, the Director of Operations oversees industry compliance while ensuring efficient and effective operations. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive Organizational Growth:
  • Lead initiatives to enhance company profitability and expand into new markets, focusing on private pay services.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop strategic growth plans and performance objectives.
 Ensure Operational Excellence:
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track client acquisition, revenue growth, and service quality.
  • Implement streamlined processes and procedures to optimize operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Leverage technology and technical support to achieve efficient digital operations with real-time data and facilitate new system implementation.
Staff Leadership & Development:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to uphold high performance and service delivery standards.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across all departments.
External Relations & Community Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external stakeholders and community organizations.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences and networking events to enhance visibility and reputation.
Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards, mitigating risks and maintaining compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
 
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring operational teams in healthcare.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on continuous improvement, motivation, and collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of Federal, State, and Health Authority Administrative regulations governing healthcare operations.
  • Proven ability to manage compliance across various areas (OSHA, ADA, FMLA, HIPAA).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience managing compliance processes for third-party vendors in healthcare.
  • Proficient in relevant healthcare operations software and technologies.
  • Demonstrated commitment to exceeding client expectations and building strong relationships.
  • Client-centric and focused on client care, with a compassionate approach.

TRAVEL:
This 100% onsite position will be based in Redmond, OR, with expected travel as necessary (50%).

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
