Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Sales Development Representative for our client, a wonderful business intelligence tech company in Los Angeles, CA!  
 
OVERVIEW: 
The Sales Development Representative will assist the sales team by discovering fresh business prospects to broaden our product's market presence. You will serve as a bridge between our Marketing and Sales teams, your role involves evaluating incoming leads through outreach and cultivating connections with potential customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  
  • Generate qualified leads through daily outbound cold calls, emails, and messaging. 
  • Schedule appointments for our Business Development team. 
  • Maintain proactive communication and follow-up with leads, adhering to a strategic sales cadence. 
  • Ensure a consistently full sales pipeline, guiding potential clients through the sales process. 
  • Handle both inbound and outbound leads from our marketing efforts (50% inbound, 50% outbound). 
  • Conduct phone, email, and social media outreach campaigns to prospect potential clients. 
  • Utilize sales intelligence tools to identify new opportunities within companies and individuals. 
  • Collaborate with Account Executive sales partners to design and implement territory-specific plans. 
  • Enhance your skills through active participation in weekly team meetings and continuous training. 
  • Record and track your progress in the CRM system. 
 
QUALIFICATIONS:  
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred  
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities 
  • Demonstrated experience in a sales-related role 
  • Considerable advantage if familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems 
  • Proficient in multitasking within a dynamic environment while upholding meticulous attention to details 
  • Self-motivated individual capable of thriving in a high-paced work setting 
 
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
