This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a qualified Architectural Design Manager to lead and oversee assigned design projects. In this role, you will lead and oversee design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule. As the Architectural Design Manager, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including engineers, architects, and consultants, to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet project requirements and exceed client expectations.  This full-time on-site position is in beautiful Albuquerque, NM.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The Architectural Design Manager position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000, contingent upon experience. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package encompassing Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) options, and Paid Holidays and Time Off (PTO).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage assigned design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Drive the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring seamless integration of design elements and overseeing the implementation of architectural plans to achieve project objectives.
  • Lead a team of engineers, architects, and other consultants to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
  • Develop and implement design and construction standards to ensure project quality and compliance.
  • Monitor project progress and identify and address potential risks and issues.
  • Provide clear and concise communication to all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices, incorporating relevant insights into project planning and execution.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing design projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive research and analysis of technical and cost data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
