Responsible for accurately inputting and managing data within the Raiser’s Edge database, including daily gift processing, updating constituent records, coding projects, and executing cleanup tasks. Additionally, assisting with seasonal stewardship projects such as fundraising campaigns, events, and publicity.

Position Summary:
Responsible for accurately inputting and managing data within the Raiser’s Edge database, including daily gift processing, updating constituent records, coding projects, and executing cleanup tasks. Additionally, assisting with seasonal stewardship projects such as fundraising campaigns, events, and publicity.
Responsibilities:
- Enter incoming donations and pledges with precision.
- Maintain precise constituent records.
- Generate queries and reports as needed.
- Conduct database cleanup and prepare mailing data.
- Perform other administrative tasks, including donor acknowledgment letters and assisting with donor events.
- Support Accounting/Stewardship office duties, including deposit handling, income reports, and credit card reconciliation.
- Assist with pledge follow-up and statement preparation.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned by the Accounting/Stewardship Manager.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Raiser’s Edge or similar database software.
- Experience in data entry.
- Preferable experience in query and report building.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of constituent and financial data.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on repetitive tasks.
- Emphasis on accuracy.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and team player mentality.
