Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Executive Assistant for our client, a San Francisco-based nonprofit organization with a focus on sustainability! This is a remote, contract opportunity that will turn into an amazing perm opportunity for the right candidate! RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as first point of contact for internal and external audiences involving the CEO including Board members, Advisors, staff, and others as needed
  • Update and maintain the CEOs relevant list of contacts and communicate upcoming commitments and responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO’s schedule and calendar appointments including travel itineraries, meeting agendas, and event planning
  • Book domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights and hotels
  • Spearhead board meeting agendas by compiling research, preparing presentations, and taking notes
  • Maintain current bios on board members and advisors, providing CEO with recruitment support
  • Perform day to day troubleshooting, and present status updates to Executive team
  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming requests, issues, and concerns addressed to CEO and Executive Team, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
  • Proofread and edit materials as needed
  • Input contacts, updates and follow up tasks into CRM (Salesforce) software

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4+ years of experience supporting C-Level executives in the nonprofit space
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google docs and Adobe Acrobat
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
  • Strong organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Stellar interpersonal skills and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Resourceful team player, with the ability to also work independently
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
In addition to working for an organization with a phenomenal mission and positive team-oriented work environment, the range for this opportunity is $50.00-60.00/hr DOE, a monthly technology stipend, medical, dental, vision and voluntary life insurance, an employee assistance plan (EAP), and commuter and transit benefits for those who are working on average 30 or more hours per week. An employee retirement plan is also available.
