Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for Program Administer on behalf of our client, an organization that aids and supports cancer patients and their families, located in Mendota Heights, MN! This is an exciting hybrid, contract opportunity with a mission-driven team and organization!

Perks:
  • M-F 8:30 am – 5:30 pm schedule, in-office 3 days a week, remote 2 days a week.

  • Hourly rate of $29-$33 with optional healthcare after 30 days of employment!

Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial planning support and financial wellness information to cancer patients and their families.
  • Coordinate and manage project tasks efficiently to ensure timely completion.
  • Offer exceptional customer service to patients and their families, demonstrating empathy and compassion.
  • Oversee the distribution of care packages to parents and caregivers of children with cancer, providing practical support and comfort.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of programs to bring joy and opportunities to families facing cancer treatment.
  • Manage email correspondence and maintain effective communication systems.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or previous experience in a nonprofit setting, with a focus on program administration.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in financial planning and budget management.
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
  • Self-motivated individual who can take charge and drive projects forward independently.

Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate of $29-$33 with medical, dental, vision and voluntary life insurance, an employee assistance plan (EAP), and commuter and transit benefits for those who are working on average 30 or more hours per week. An employee retirement plan is also available.
