Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Project Assistant for our client, an incredible nonprofit organization committed to providing social services to communities facing poverty, intolerance, and racism. This Full-time, hybrid, and Contract-to-Hire opportunity is located in Seattle, WA. Free parking is provided onsite!

In this role, you will support the Training and Development Manager in making end-user training and guides for rolling out and converting all finance, payroll, and human resources systems into an Infor ERP.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Locate and organize files related to the organization's Infor project to ensure naming conventions and file types match.
  • File & document management, creation, and organization: Using MS Word, MS Excel, SharePoint, and PDF documents to guarantee formats match and appropriate screenshots or other material is added.
  • Ensure Subject Matter Experts review and approve training documents and other materials.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2+ years of Technology conversion and implementation experience preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in SharePoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Teams required.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate are a plus!
  • Moderate proficiency in PDF creation and editing.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The hourly rate for this role ranges between $35-$40 per hour. You will also be able to receive benefits through Scion Staffing upon eligibility! Benefits include medical, dental, vision, voluntary life insurance, an employee assistance plan (EAP), and commuter and transit benefits for those who are working on average 30 or more hours per week.
