Scion Medical Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Nurse Practitioner to support with a one week clinical study of a skin patch. This 1-week contract position runs from May 20th - May 24th and is located in Houston, TX.

This is a clinical study where participants will come to the site to be introduced to a skin patch application. The study will test the adhesive. The participants have been screened out if they have any skin sensitivities.  A client will be on-site to provide detailed instructions on the product, its application, any potential risks, and care instructions if there are any adverse reactions. The Nurse Practitioner duties are as follows:

• They will collect general data on the participant's health information and administer the informed consent. 
• They will apply the skin patch to the participant per the product instructions.  
• They will monitor the participant and document any adverse reactions.  Only minor skin rash reactions are expected, if any.
• They may also be asked to help with any miscellaneous tasks in the scope of the study. 

 
QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Must be a Nurse Practicioner
• Must be able to work all scheduled days onsite
• Will be required to sign an NDA

COMPENSATION & CAREER BENEFITS: 

This opportunity provides a pay rate of $85 per hour and $127.50 per hour for any overtime, and validated parking in nearby lots!
