Scion Staffing is searching for a Mechanical Engineer on behalf of our client, an incredible full-service mechanical contractor located in Tukwila, WA. This is a wonderful full-time, onsite, direct-hire position!

Salary between $85K - 125K
WHAT YOU'll DO:
-
Develop designs, arrange layouts, and perform necessary calculations for HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.

Adhere to engineering budgets for designated projects.
-
Demonstrate proficiency in verbal and written communication, as well as computer skills, and deliver technical presentations effectively.

Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
-
Display strong teamwork skills, capable of managing and actively participating in multiple projects concurrently.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
-
A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is a prerequisite.
-
Completion and passing of the FE/EIT Exam is desirable.
-
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel is mandatory.
-
Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, and Bluebeam REVU is essential.

Capable of working autonomously or collaboratively with minimal oversight.

Demonstrates a track record of setting and achieving goals, meeting deadlines, and adapting to evolving tasks.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Involves various physical movements such as sitting, standing, and bending, as well as repetitive hand and wrist motions.

Requires frequent utilization of computers.

Requires good vision, hearing (natural or corrected), and clear speech.

Able to actively participate in job walk-throughs.
