Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Relocation Consultant for an amazing organization that connects students to internships and job opportunities. This is a Full-time, Fully Remote, 4 month contract opportunity operating on EST Zone.

As the Relocation Consultant, you w will be responsible for providing support and guidance to ensure a smooth relocation for interns, providing support with housing, transportation logistics, and cultural integration.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work closely with each student to assess their unique needs and preferences and develop personalized relocation plans tailored to their circumstances.
  • Coordinate housing accommodations for interns, including researching suitable options, negotiating leases, and arranging move in logistics.
  • Assist interns with transportation arrangements, such as local airport pick-up, local transportation options, and providing guidance on navigating the area.
  • Facilitate cultural orientation sessions to help interns acclimate to their new environment, including providing information on local customs, etiquette, and resources.
  • Provide information and referrals to interns regarding essential services and resources in their new communities, such as healthcare facilities, grocery stores, and recreational activities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for interns throughout their relocation process, offering assistance with questions or concerns they may have.
  • Assist interns in completing necessary documentation for their internship placements.
  • Solicit feedback from interns regarding their relocation experience to identify areas for improvement and ensure a high level of satisfaction with the relocation services provided.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1-2 years of Relocation Assistance experience
  • 1-2 years of Student Services experience
  • Experience with communication platforms such as Slack.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
