RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing paperwork, filing, and processing checks.
- Monitoring credit card usage and managing Amazon invoicing.
- Entering check data into the Procare software system.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in Spanish is preferred (for filing assistance in admissions).
- Demonstrated ability to initiate tasks independently.
- Background in billing or contracts preferred.
- Experience with Procare Software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Microsoft Access.
